This policy covers the public portfolio at Creative Haider and inquiries submitted through its contact form. The site is operated by Abdullah Haider, based in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Information you choose to provide
The contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address, and message. Phone number, service, and budget are optional. When submitted, the selected service, budget, and phone number are included with the message so they can be reviewed together.
How inquiry information is used
Information submitted through the form is sent to the site’s Supabase-hosted data service and stored as an inquiry for follow-up through the site owner’s administrative inbox. It is used to understand and respond to your request, and to maintain relevant business correspondence. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information through the form.
Service providers and links
The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase to deliver published portfolio information and receive contact inquiries. These providers may process technical request information needed to operate their services under their own terms. Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Analytics and advertising
The homepage uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-36DZHBQ3N3) only after a visitor chooses “Accept all” in the cookie notice. Choosing “Essential only” prevents the analytics script from loading. The consent choice is stored in browser local storage. The current implementation does not include advertising pixels.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry details are kept while they are needed to respond to and manage the inquiry, maintain relevant business records, or meet applicable legal obligations. To ask about or request deletion of an inquiry, contact contact.abdullahhaider@gmail.com and include enough information to identify your request. Some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
